Upper End / Luxury Market
Current Listings $2.5 million and above

In our high end and luxury real estate market from about $2.5 million and up, the jury is still out on where we are at with prices.  Overall the prices have fallen in this part of our market around 30-35%, with some major estates and beach property falling even farther.  In the last 3-4 months we have seen a good amount of sales and this market is finally starting to stabilize in price.

Mid Level Market

In our mid level market (the bulk of our town) from about $750,000 to $2.5 million, the real estate market has been very strong the last 6-8 months.  Especially in the $750,000 to about $1.5 million price point, we seem to have reached price benchmarks throughout town and prices here feel very stable with a lot of buyers in this market.  Most people feel that this market is quite stable and will most likely remain flat with prices for the rest of the year.

This exhibit paints a rare and thrilling portrait of our Solar System. Michael Benson has digitally processed 40 years of raw imagery from NASA and European Space Agency missions to create flawless photographs that are clear and real.

Featuring 35 large-scale framed prints, Beyond also highlights the similarities between the geological formations and atmosphere disturbances on Earth and the other planets. Morning Bird Walks

This informal walk through the museum happens on Mondays from 8:30-9:30 AM and is free with admission. Those wanting to participate need to meet by the skeleton of the blue whale.
